WTB: Tuned ECU for my '96 Turbo w/o EGR

Just testing the waters, just because this thread exists doesn't mean I'm dead set on a tune.

Anyone have an ECU for my '96 (without EGR) like an ARD Green tune? I currently have one mod (K&N panel filter), not looking to install a downpipe or anything. Just something to increase the boost a bit over the stock 12psi on my R ECU. 17psi would be nice.

I had a SpeedTuning 17psi ECU awhile back, but it was for a car with EGR and threw a CEL. It was nice though. Something along those lines is what I might be interested in.

Looking to pay well under $200, for what it's worth.
