96 850 GLT Dash Tweeters/Speakers
can anyone recommend a set of speakers to replace the units in the dash? Im looking for something close to OEM, not trying to upgrade. the dash speakers in my car dried up.

This is what I followed when I replaced mine. Don't know if the speakers are still available as the thread is a bit old, but the Infinitys were a sound upgrade over the old cracked speakers (which still worked).

I used a pair of Infinity 3.5" round speakers on all of my 850s. You need to use a bolt, or a pair of bolts if you want to drill a hole, to mount them but they fit into the factory hole just fine. With one bolt you can use a factory hole and mine seem to stay in place with just one.
