Here is a topic going over some details of my issue.
https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums ... 14#p335714
I have done the timing multiple times and I am still getting the P0014 code. I am rather familiar with the process at this point, but someone with experience working on these cars would be great to have over to help me get it right. I feel like the timing is good, but if I am still getting the code, possibly not.
I have made my own cam lock tool as well, but if someone has the actual factory one, that would be great to use, just as a precaution so that the possibility of the tool being bad could be ruled out.
I am located in Battle Ground, Wa. This is the city north of Vancouver, and about 15-20 minutes north of Portland, Or. I have all the other tools you could possibly need to do the job as well. Any help is greatly appreciated, and if for some reason I figure it out beforehand, I will update this request.

I know that the rules say no compensation for help, but if we are able to fix the car and solve the issue, I will be sure to make it worth your while for helping me out. Again, the factory Cam Lock Tool would be great, but not 100% necessary.
