96 850 GLT Allow wheels,
I would like to replace the OEM steel wheels. Any suggestions on where to buy replacements? I looking for lowest price. Tirerack has a set of 4 - 15 inch delivered about about $400.

I see them on eBay all the time and a fair amount of time on Craigslist. Post up what you want in the classifieds as well. The street price for a set of Cetus wheels seems to be around $100.00 and they are a huge step up in looks from steel wheels and hubcaps. If you do buy Cetus wheels make sure they are 5 bolt and not the 4 bolt versions from a '93.

The Cetus wheels are good looking and probably one of the easiest ever designed to clean, but used ones should come with a guarantee that they are straight. A wheel that slid into a curb on an icy street and bent 1mm will produce a persistent vibration.
No worry about that with Tirerack new wheels, but they are likely not as rugged as Volvo OE (this latter is conjecture not based on any fact I am privy to).
