1998 V70XC New cap and rotor- Why didn't I do this before?

1998 V70XC New cap and rotor- Why didn't I do this before?

It's been so long since I've owned a car that wasn't electronic ignition that I forgot that caps and rotors don't last forever. Just changed it and the mileage literally went up over 20% from 22 to 27 mpg!
