You have a wiring fault in the Lh side bulb circuit. Search the web for a wiring diagram for your model and then follow the wires from the fuse box to each of the bulbs that go off on the car left hand side. Look for breaks, chafe, sharp bends.

The license plate bulb lights share one of these circuits too. Check those out too.

Troubleshooting wiring is just good methodical detective work. Connectors and sockets are 95% of failures, unless the car has been in a barn and Swedish rats have been at work

Are your license plate lights working? Left front cornor and licence plate lights share the same fuse.

As it was pointed out, the shared fuse keeps blowing, and therefore, none of the associated circuits will work unless the short gets fixed.
Them Swedish rats may seem pretty good with shorts but the Canadian mice are even better (or worse) :D
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.

I am assuming you replaced the fuse with one of the same ampearge and it blew again. If so, then yes, you need to inspect all quarter light bulb sockets on the DS and those for the license plate lights. Look for a bent contact or corrosion that may cause a short. If they are all fine, then there is most likely a pinched wire shorted to ground somewhere on those circuits. You may need a good wiring shematic to hunt it down but I'd start with a visual inspection.

Take the plastic cover off the left hand tail gate hinge and carefully cut the cloth sock off to expose the wiring, most probable is a break/ short circuit at the hinge section of the wiring going to the tail gate, this is a long known about issue with the V70 models - DO NOT fit a larger fuse or you can run the risk of an electrical fire in the rear of the car - Mike
