Im in need of a new sc 811 or similiar that will fit my 850 t-5r. No front speakers on the current one. Thanks

I have one from a T-5R if you are interested.
I am not sure what you are saying regarding "front speakers", and "New".

New to me and the pre amp must be going out on my current one because the front speakers don't work after 5 mins. Pm me a price shipped to 98248

Does your T-5R have the auxiliary amplifier in the front side of the console?
Pull the radio enough to see if the multi pin harness is connected. It may be the amp and not the radio.
In any case, I also have a couple SC-816s with cd capability. They sound better than the older ones, regardless of the extra power amp that was in most T-5Rs.
Look for that amp connection and let me know if you do have it.
