Hello,
Turbo oil line leak how to repair? With difficulty is the short answer
You need two turbo oil line seals and two paper gaskets for the turbo end of the oil pipes. In terms of tools, a metric socket set, torx bits for the turbo end of the pipes and a healthy dose of patience.
It also depend which one. The oil return line for the turbo at the gearbox end is easier, but the cambelt end one is more tricky. See here for a suggested approach and pic: https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums ... 03#p313703
Slacken but don't remove the bottom banjo fitting bolt! I did that and it was a pain (hours of trying different things...) getting the multiple copper washers back in place between the bolt and the pipes.
