Help! How does the yellow fuse cover come off?

I have a 2000 S40. My husband changed the trunk light bulb - now I have no radio, keyfob, & the clock resets randomly to 12:00. I think fuse #5 (10A) in the engine compartment needs to be replaced but I have been puzzled for 2 days now trying to figure out the trick to removing the yellow plastic cover that is over fuses 5, 6, & 7.
