2002 s60 Car vranks but doesnt start, Just re-installed dash

Does the drivers info center say anything? I thought it would say "start prohibited" or similar if it's the immobilizer. Which could point to either (a) the antenna isn't connected around the keyhole or (b) something was damaged with the antenna around the keyhole.
