I'm going to hold on to the Beast until I get a firm diagnosis. Did some driving with a mechanic today and he doesn't think it's a trans issue. Will re-post if and when I do decide to sell it. Thanks!

Just bought her yesterday (Friday). After driving a 90 240 DL brick for 4 years, this car is too big, and I'm definitely a manual girl, no more automatics for me. Plus I'm pretty sure there are transmission issues.

No accidents or rust, previous owners had tons of maintenance done. (I have the CarFax). Texas car for many years, just brought to Ohio in late 2010, wasn't driven much for four years, dealer in Michigan bought it from the dealer, I bought it yesterday.

The good:

Exterior is PRISTINE. In excellent, like new shape, no dents. Zero issues, paint and trim all look fantastic.

Interior is good. Leather seats in front are in great shape, back two seats are not too shabby, not perfect. Typical 16 year wear on some of the buttons such as window controls. Otherwise also in very good shape.

Almost everything on the interior is functioning perfectly. The only option this car doesn't have is TRACS. Sunroof, fog lamps, CD player, etc, every other option is present and works great.

The not great:

Transmission needs help. She's slower than I think is normal up until 30mph and the overdrive period when accelerating is longer than it should be. No stalling issues but I can tell something is not as it should be.
Passenger front and passenger back left windows don't go down, unknown as to why.
Driver heated seat isn't working.
Headlamp wipers don't work.
Check Engine light is on due to replacement of ECM board by Volvo a while back (used board, not new)
Hatch light is on for unknown reason (hatch closes fine)
