1995 volvo 940. Reliability

I have had quite a few volvos over the years. I recently sold my 1990 240 wagon and replaced it with a one owner 1995 940 with only 115k. So far, I am really impressed with this car. It is more comfortable than the 240 and much bigger. Are these cars considered to be as durable and reliable as the 240? Thanks.

Save for minor interior quibbles, 940s are seen as being quite a bit more reliable than 240s and they are most certainly "tougher", they're much better at taking side impacts for example.
