'99 V70 XC no start...FIXED!

My wife's V70 xc 184,000 is having a starting issue. When cranking it stutters and fires a bit but not enough to to start it. A week ago she complained that it began running rough so I put it in the garage and pulled the etm. I noticed the etm wasn't clicking when the ignition was turned on and after lots of searching I found the positive not supplying power so I ran my own power from a relay and spliced it into the harness near the etm connector and the car started and ran perfectly. Well, after three days all of the sudden the car
Doesn't want to start.

I did get it to start once after hooking up a charger and constantly cranking it, when it started, it ran poorly but smoothed out pretty quick and ran perfect for 3 days. Then it stopped starting again, it stumbles while trying to start but just won't start.

I can still hear the throttle click on, I ran a sweep test using VIDA and the results were 0.13 . I checked the fuel pressure at the rail and it reads 50 psi when the ignition is turned on, and the fuel pump can be heard priming for a couple seconds.

I get codes for multiple misfire but thats it. I plan on grabbing some parts from the bone yard this weekend but would like suggestions. Im thinking a CPS. I have also unplugged the MAF but it makes no difference. Also threw a bottle of drigas in the tank for the heck of it since our weather has been so cold and snowy here in Indiana.

OK, I checked around for bad vacuum hoses and found several are dried out. One in particular that attaches to a nipple on top of the intake manifold runs under the manifold and splits off to the turbo and somewhere up front. While feeling the hose under the manifold I felt it was flat. I removed the hoses and replaced them with new ones and the car started up and ran well but not perfect. I cleared the multiple misfire codes, restarted the car and now I'm happy to say it is running completely smooth.
