Value of BSR PPC1

I might be getting rid of my Volvo since it just has too much wrong with it and doesn't fit my needs even if it was in perfect condition.

I bought the BSR PPC1 a few years ago when they made a new batch and am wondering what they go for. I haven't seen any on eBay recently or any forums.

Can anyone help me appraise it?

If you can explain what it is and what its functions are I'm sure it can be appraised.

I haven't heard of anyone using one here though the name is familiar. Is it a ECU tuning device to load tunes?

It's the code reader that can read modules too as well as reset the service light.
