So I have a volvo 2001 S60 T5 which has been emitting a squeaking/squealing sound from the rear passenger side wheel. Trying to figure out what the cause is and perhaps appealing to you all to see if there is some advice as to where to look.
Some things I have checked are the break pads (seem to be plenty of life left on them), the rotors (no major issues I can see) and generally feeling around the wheel hub to see if I could detect heat build up after driving around for 15-20 minutes at highway speeds. There was no heat build up that I could tell.
I was thinking it might be a bad bearing, or do breaks ever stay clamped a hair too much? Could see that causing the problems, though it would also cause abnormal wear on the rotors I would think.
Any thoughts?

Inside the rotors are the handbrake shoes, well known to delaminate and mess everything inside the rotor. An ASAP job when this happens. Also check the handbrake is releasing as it should. The rotors are also known to rust inside galore, which makes the handbrake shoes squeak and seize.
