Determine if a Volvo Part is "Genuine Volvo"

Can anyone verify if ALL "Genuine Volvo" parts should come with a Volvo part number sticker on it? You know, the little blue and white one? And does the dealer put that sticker on or would that sticker be put on by Volvo (or Volvo's supplier)?

The only part which didn't had those labels was genuine Volvo spark plugs...but all the info is printed on actual package.

On many of the parts that I have purchased through the dealer the bag or the box has the appropriate label but in many cases the part inside did not. Volvo is good about having the part number on the part somewhere though that is more permanent than a sticker like it being molded into the plastic or stamped on the piece if it is metal. That isn't 100% though.
