2001 sei s40 side/foglighting problem???

Hi,
I have the strangest problem ever!
I have a 2001 S40 SEi ,and I have a problem with the lights. When I turn the lights onto sidelights,all the side and running lights come on,except the the two front side lights,when i turn it to main beam,the main beam work fine,but still no side lights.
Also I have no front or rear fog lights,and no indication of them on the dash.
This all started the other day when i collected it from garage after its M.O.T and service
I have checked all the fuses and they are fine-Just really strange that all the sidelights work except the front.
Are there any other inline fuses or relays?
Any help would be appreciated-otherwise I will have to contact volvo.
