1999 S70 AWD parts or complete car

I bought this 99 several years ago.
It was hit in the right rear. It needed a quarter panel, trunk, bumper and exhaust, (actually just the tailpipe).
We tied the tailpipe up and actually drove it back from NY, everything worked and well!
Only about 105K miles.
I sold it to my friend, he was going to fix it and give it to his son.

He lost interest plus the kid didn't want a Volvo
From what I understand he put a new/used quarter panel on it, (in primer) but now it's been sitting for about 4-5 years, never finished.
The bevel gear, propshaft, transmission and engine were perfect when he got it.
The interior (light tan/Oak I forget which) was excellent as was the paint, up to the quarter panel.
I'm sure sitting outside for 5-6 years has not helped its cause but he would like it gone NOW.

i do not have any pictures and I'm sure 5 years of crud sitting on it won't help even if he took some but at this point, a complete change of all fluids, paint the quarter and trunk and you would have a very nice AWD.
He would like to sell it as is but if necessary he will part it out.
Remember this is a good running S70 and with little work left could make a real nice driver for someone.
