1990 760 Turbo

I would really appreciate some help. I just bought this car and it seems as though it is developing electrical problems as fast as I can fix them. The latest issue is that the A/C Fan, and compressor switch all stopped working at the same time. I checked the fuse and it is fine. Where is the relay on this car? I suspect that is it, but I don't have a manual yet.

In addition to that, the rear tail lights keep going out due to bad contact ( I can deal with that) and the power seats are on the blink and in an uncomfortable position. I have pulled the seat switches and it looks like I have to replace all switches at the same time so I suspect that is expensive. Is there any way to fix what is there?

This is my first Volvo. So far, I'm not impressed.
