Hey fellas,
Replacing my rotors today for the first time and have been looking for a walk through and tool list if anyone can point me in the right direction. I know it's one the more basic projects but I would prefer not to do something horribly wrong! Any info would be awesome, thanks!

It is fairly straight forward. You will need to loosen the parking brake shoes to remove the rotor and you will need something to tie the calipers up with. The AWD rear brakes are a bit different than the FWD versions but not that much. Most of the differences are in the parking brake cable assembly.
I have a writeup on changing the parking brake shoes for a FWD in the repair database here:

Changing the rotors has the same steps up to the point where you start messing with the shoes. The same post installation adjustment procedure for the parking brake applies.

Thanks Lee, that's incredibly helpful! Unfortunately, about halfway through the job before I realized I had the wrong brake pads (that's what I get for not researching parts!) and won't be getting the right ones until they're delivered on Tuesday. Had to put everything back together with the old parts so I could back it up 2 feet to shut the garage door haha. Bright side: got the caliper cleaned up a bit and noticed the brake line needs replacing soon!

While you are in there, check that the parking brake cables are good by having someone pull the lever slowly in the car and turn the rear wheels and see if they stop turning. They usually seize where the cable is retained at the rear shock lower mount plate. Also check that when the cable is released the wheel turns easily.
