1999 V70r Need instruction on timing belt replacement

I recently acquired a 99 v70r with 92k on it, it isn't currently running due to a bad fuel pump. After cutting a hole in the floor in order to get to the pump and replace it before firing it up I thought I'd better look at the timing belt since the car has been sitting for about 3 years. Anyway its cracked like hell so I am going to replace it but this will be my first time doing so and I am looking for some instruction. i.e. where the timing marks are, how to lock serp belt tensioner, will i need to remove the crank pulley?, and do i need a cam locking tool?

You should be ok as long as the cam seals are not leaking. Do NOT take the cam hub loose.

This video is close. Your marks are straight up and your tensioner is different. The Helper Video has '99 V70R info in it. If not, check day 14, 16, or 17.

Other info:
1. Do not use after market parts if you can afford OEM parts.
2. If you do NOT have proof of water pump replacement, do it as well.
3. You should NOT need a cam locking tool.
4. Do the belt, both rollers and water pump.
5. No need to do any seals if they are not leaking.
