1998 S70 Turbo vacuum line behind steering pump
hello all long time .... code P0172 looked and vacuum line is broke.....can any one tell me how to reroute this vacuum hose idk where its going to and dont wanna pull the maniold off lol if i can help it it broke right at the manifold thank again ... and what its called went to 4 auto parts stores and no one knew what it was thank you

There's a port on the end of the manifold. That's where it goes. Replace it with a silicone vacuum hose if you want - no need for an elbo, but watch for kinks and put a small clamp on it.

That is the P0172 line, at least that is what they should call it. As Sommerfeldt said, it goes to the port on the end of the intake manifold and have it in place before you put the manifold back on. It is impossibly tight to get to it unless you have a diminutive daughter with tiny hands that is a decent mechanic.
Are you in the middle of servicing the PCV? If not, you need to. The oil trap looks just awful.

oh no i used the first picture as a referance sorry i should have said that and the second is my own picture i know where it goes but very tight without taking the PS off i guess.... how can i fix this without taking manifold off... is what im asking lol sorry its broke in half at the elbow and not enough to pull to it

I'm not sure if I have seen this here but when I rebuilt my alternator I realised the access to the PCV and intake manifold was probably good enough to do a PCV without removing the intake manifold.
Of course, removing the alternator on my 1999 was no picnic either
