2000 V70 XC Cheap! She needs to find a home!

2000 Volvo V70 XC Wagon

185k miles
2.4 liter 5 cylinder Turbo
AWD
Cold AC.
Hot heater.
Leather (drivers seat has seam split)
All electric.
Sun Roof (NO leaks)
Good Body(had some repair to the top of front bumper before I bought it, Bondo...?)
Good interior(headliner starting to come loose in a couple spots, have upholstery screws in it)
Built in Booster seats.

Recent oil change(Mobil 1 full synthetic, OEM filter)
Coolant expansion tank and hoses
Rear Springs
Front Struts and springs
Front control arms
Plugs and Wires
Fixed fuel pump
Timing belt
Acc belt
Vacuum hoses to turbo(silicon)
Pressure sensor on intake
Bevel/angle gear fluid changed(both)
Top and bottom coolant hoses
Thermostat
K&N air filter
Headlight(glass)

Issues-
Needs alignment and will need tires
Has some tappet noise
Oil leak(?) -see below-
Headliner has a couple sags
Coolant expansion tank level sensor needs replaced(cheap and easy)
Drivers seat has seam split(seat cover)
Windshield crack(runs along part of the bottom)
Needs new steering boots installed

Timing belt
Water pump
Acc belt
Tensioner
Multiple different seals(Camshafts, etc.)
Oil filter
Steering components
Etc...

CAR WAS NOT DRIVEN WITHOUT OIL!
She has a bad oil leak that blew oil all over the bottom right side of the car.
There is oil on the timing belt.
I believe the camshaft and main seal blew about the same time.
She has always had a light oil leak from the camshaft seal.
It blew before I had a chance to replace it.
She has been parked about 3 weeks now.

Runs and drives fine. Except for oil leak...
I have a clean rebuilt Texas title in my name.
It was being driven regularly till the oil leak.

She really needs a new home.

$1000.00 (about $300 worth of new parts)
Will accept trades of all types.(even animals...)
