Argh! Turbo Drain Line

Just finished a whole job of changing out my turbo, engine oil cooler lines, engine upper torque mount and firewall mount. Get it all put back together and start her back up to find a oil drip when running. Stupid o-ring came off the turbo drain line while I was getting it back in and of course now the angle gear is right in the way so getting the drain tube off and back on is gonna be interesting.

Hopefully this helps in some way. It was the most annoying job considering it was 3 bolts.

It's almost as annoying as that stupid little bolt holding the oil cooler lines in place on the front of the block, that one is a bugger.

When I did my oil lines the holes did not line up on the replacement ones. They were off by like 1/2 a hole. I thought about having to take them out and enlarge one of the holes and then decided to just tuck one behind the other and put the bolt through the top one. So far so good. That was good practice for the 2 flange bolts. If you go at it slowly and carefully you'll get it. I found tape over the swivel joint was necessary. And make sure the ground around you is clean so you can find the bolt when you drop it. Lots of light. I wasted 2 hours messing around trying to get the holes lined up. Fortunately the volvo o-ring was the solution.
