XC90 transmissions by year / engine

Hello all, long time.

I know 2003-2005 XC90's had the GM 4T65E transmission like I rebuilt in my S80, but when did that change? Does any one have a list of tranny / engine combos to share from 2003 - 2015?

Yes, I could probably go spend an hour looking this all up but thought I'd ask.

The GM sourced 4T65EV/GT was used in the 03-05 T-6 models only. ALL years 2.5 liter used varieties of the AW55 trans, just like all the other 5-cylinder P2 series Volvos. 3.2 and V8 models used a 5-speed auto as well, and the '06 V8s have a rep for trans failures. In Europe the 5-cylinders were available with a manual, maybe only the diesels, but I'm not sure.

In case the real purpose is to avoid another T6 trans fix, no they didn't ALL use the 4T65 boxes.

Edit-PS some night, go blast through the S-curves on Bridgeport down by the BMW dealership for me for nostalgia's sake!
