2012 C70 A/C

Hello, when I park the vehicle in a sunny day (88-95°F), when I get in the car (hot!) and turn the A/C on (Lowest temp), the air from the vents is not that cold even a couple of minutes later, same thing happens when driving in traffic (hot and sunny day); difference is only if I am on a highway or driving at night (even hot day), or during a rainy or cold day, in these scenarios I can feel the air from the vents OK (cold enough)... the a/c compressor is working well and A/C gas pressure is OK too, the air cabin filter is almost new.

Is this a signal that I need to replace the A/C evaporator? if so, does someone knows the part number?
