2008 Xc90 3.2 Engine Vibration/noise

When I put my xc90 in gear I feel a "Vibration" noise and it gets louder when you put more throttle (increasing torque). It sounds like a timing chain rubbing against a plastic cover but I don't think that's the case here. It's only when a gear is selected, when in neutral or park it makes no noise even if I rev it. Are any of the mounts normally suspect? What about the torque rods?
