Self-healing Symptoms

Looking to get a general spitball going on symptoms that seem to self-heal, or simply go away. I had been experiencing a front end vertical wobble between 25-35mph, which vanished in the past few days, with nothing being done. I had the tires balanced a week ago, and had the shop check the front end for any issues, and they said they didn't see anything.

My V70 has also stopped burning oil; I used to have to ad 0.25quarts of oil every other week. Not much to be concerned about, but now it's holding steady.

Trans has also stopped dripping, about 3 weeks after adding a stop-leak compound. The trans leak wasn't terrible, about 0.25quarts per week. Still going to have it tested for leaks in the coming weeks.

When issues go away, do you continue pursuing them, or wait for them to come back to do anything?

The problems will come back in the form of the same problem or something else, its a matter of entropy.
