01 s60 p0030 and some idle instability

So, aside from my ton of set dtcs, i get a p0030 on second start after clearing CEL via battery disconnect. There is also some instability in idle and a bit of throttle unresponsiveness. I'm thing etm clean tho I want to do tps repair at the same time, is the o2 likely a ghost from etm? I haven't had the reprogramming done yet and I seriously doubt that the prior owners did it.
