After Blower s80

I've searched the forums for an answer but to no avail. So I'll ask the question.
I have a 2001 s80 but the after blower never shuts off. I replaced the control panel on the dash and have nice cold aircon and heater works great, I also have control of the blower speed, at least it sounds like I do. But whatever I do, it seems the air is mixed with warm outside air and the blower is running all the time. My question is, is there a relay I can remove for the after blower of is it turned off by computer? Thank you for any help.

Im having a probpem with my 1999 s80 afterblower running down the battery by not shutting off. Any ideas?

My 2002 S80 T6 would blow on high for a good half hour on high after engine shut down and I asked the same question about the battery. I was told by my service department that the computer did monitor the battery voltage and would stop the feature before a certain voltage was reached if the battery was weakening from age. Also if the battery was weak beyond that threshold at shut down the feature would not work. My current car 2004 S80 T6 the fan is unnoticeable after shutdown of the car.
