240 n/a Power Upgrade

Hey guys, first time to use this forum!!!
Uhm, where do i start!
I want to buy a volvo 240, around 1987-88 with the B230F N/A engine, and i have found some mods:
IPD adjustable cam
IPD VX Performance cam shaft
K & N Filter

I would like about 130hp and 200nm of Torque outa my engine, it's not much, but i want to have enought power to get me up my drive way (trust me, some four wheel drives have a hard time!!!), i like the way volvo's handle, but i think they need more downforce i.e. a spoiler may fix it!
Also, i want to put a mesh grille onthe front to keep my engine cool.

FOr the mods i want to do, are there any other things that would need to do, so i dont screw my engine, like AMM adjustments, or ecu programing, or Transmission/engine work?
It doesnt matter if it's about 120-130hp i get, just a bit more than stock, i calculated out that the mods i will do will give me about 128hp, which is fine (later i may get a bigger exhaust and remove the towbar assembly and airconditioning).
