Weird problem with 2005 V70 D5

Hi guys,

my D5 is acting funny when accelerating hard..... It's like a missfire (which it obviously isn't) at 1800 and 2200 rpm in every gear (manual transmission). At exactly same rpm's every time. Vida shows no errors. The smoke is not excessive when this happens. What could be wrong?

The car has about 280kkms on the clock, fuel injectors were refurbished about 30.000kms ago.


Any ideas? EGR?

I'd try an european forum as we don't have the diesel here in North America. http://volvoforums.org.uk/ have plenty of D5 owners
