Looking to procure all the necessary parts for a manual transmission swap, or if the option is there, a complete parts car that someone is looking to junk that I could repurpose for parts picking.

List of parts thus far:

Flywheel for 93-97 [single mass]
93-97 trans with external salve cylinder,
or
98+ trans with internal salve cylinder.
With either option to the above; I would want the matching components such as:
Master cylinder hydraulics
Slave cylinder hydraulics
All supporting hoses.
Both shift cables and all clips
Shifter lever that goes in the console
Pedal assembly

Might have a few other things to add at a later date...

Check Swede Speed. I believe there was a complete swap kit listed in the classifies recently.
