WANTED: 240 sedan, prefer manual. Midwest.
Looking for a later model 1989-1993 240 sedan, preferably with a manual transmission. I am an 18 year old; I already have an '85 wagon, but don't want to drive it in the winter, and it needs a wiring harness. Want to learn to drive a clutch too. Low budget; about $1000 max. I live in central Wi, but could come to Minneapolis, Milwaukee, or Iowa areas.

At that price you are probably looking at a fixer upper with a lot of miles, be prepared to do some work and invest a bit. I think Craigslist is your friend.
Good luck with your search.
