$2,000 Loyalty Offer

I am posting on behalf of friend who recently purchased a new XC90 to replace his previous XC90. Shortly after buying his vehicle, he received a notice from Volvo offering a $2,000 loyalty bonus on 2006 model year Volvo XC90s. He went back to his dealer and asked about the bonus. Of course, the dealer said he had received the bonus, as he had received some discount on the new vehicle. My question is this: Has anyone recieved this bonus and had the item show up on their paper work. My friend's paper work does not officially reflect the loyalty bonus. Thanks.
