Ok. Got a strange issue here. 2001 Volvo V70 2.4T with now plugs and coils. Cranks but will not start. Last time it started (one day ago), it ran well with no issues. This has been a progressively worsening issue to this point. Tested fuel pressure. When it was running, 60psi. When it was turned off, held 50psi for up to an hour. No drop.
Car has good compression (been checked) and like I said previously, ran very well when it was running previously. I have noticed a fault with the Coolant Temperature Sensor. Gauge reads 0 when running or will sometimes post right below half for coolant temperature. No other fault codes. Can the CTS be causing this problem? Thanks!

Yep it sure can. The Volvo fuel management system is great, but this is one weakness - sensitive to the ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) Sensor - usually called just ECT here.
You can find a resistance chart for the ECT here on these Fora - I think the 2001 might be different than the earlier 'P80s' - to be confirmed
