There used to be a company that advertised on MVS, I think there name was Southern Vo-vo or something like that. There is also vandsautodimantlers near Sacramento California, they get lots of white cars over there.
Good luck with the hunt. There is a white 98 V70XC at my local PnP I'm going to see tomorrow. I think the trim may be different, but I've attached a link that hopefully works:

It is at the Barlow Trail PnP in Calgary. Unfortunately can't see the passenger side.
Complete door is normally $60 + 5% tax, but 50% off this weekend. Not sure I will have time to pull it though.

Had a look at that door today as I stripped it of the actuator. The outside is in amazing condition. 4 hex bolts, one torx bolt, 1 torx screw and disconnect the wire harness and a door if you want it.
The 50% sale is on until Monday and it would be about $25 US for the complete door less the actuator as I have that.
No idea how to get it to you or how much unfortunately.
