Volvo S60 2007 new throttle body problem

Hi, I installed new throttle body to my volvo. But new unit will give this information "ECM-Adaption throttle unit NOT OK". I tried with the old one and that message disappears. So, will the ecm need some kind of software uprgrade or something like that?? Volvo dealer says that no need to do any software uppgrades. When i remove battery for while it gives me OK status for a once. But second start and status change NOT OK. I have vida on my pc By the way car works normally with the new unit.
