Dude is right. If you're not removing a VVT, just mark the old belt, cams, and crank before removing it, count the teeth, mark the new belt and you can't go wrong.

When I did mine because of belt stretch, and a notoriously difficult to see timing mark on the crank-- it felt like I was guessing, the position of the crank with the old belt was 1/2 tooth off in relation to lining things up with the new belt. I had to think if the belt were stretched uniformly which direction would the crank end up. I got it. But this method leaves no room for error provided you paid attention as a kid...
