vacuum lines

Opened up the hood on the dog taxi-aka 99 v70 non turbo-, and found 2 vacuum lines. one white hard plastic tube connects the intake manifold to the air cleaner. The other black tube is broken and resting by the air cleaner. It looks like it connects to the air cleaner above where the white plastic connects. Where does it go?

There is a vacuum diagram under your hood.

Two little nipple connections on the air cleaner both take vacuum lines. They provide vacuum to run the temperature flap on the air cleaner. Not critical but you don't want that vacuum leak
