Plastic Trim on an '03 XC90 and dirt (clay).

Sis' XC90 - with black plastic everywhere. She has to drive across a 1/2 mile stretch of gravel road every day.
The gravel mix the county uses has a lot of fine yellow/orange clay in the mix. Very dusty. Sticks to the plastic trim like super glue and is a problem to get clean and nice looking. You have to really work at it sometimes with harsher cleaners such as tire cleaner and a scrub brush with nylon bristles. My S60 has the full paint option and this clay doesn't make trouble, it washes away clean from painted surfaces without any special attention.

Is anyone aware of some sort of treatment or dressing that makes this plastic trim not hold onto dirt so bad (short of painting/clear coating it?
