91 740 ECU location

Can anyone tell me where the ECU is located on a 91 740 turbo? I'm guessing it is under the dash but would like more specific directions.

mine is not a turbo but the main computer is on the passenger side (us) right next to the passengers right ankle. Peel back the carpet and plastic.
