850 oil leakage

Post by efkaba »

1995 850 with 158,000 miles. Changed the breather box at 156,000 miles because I had a lot of engine oil on the oil pan, sub-frame, transmission, etc., and the glove-test showed a buildup of pressure in the engine. After the breather was replaced, had no more issues. After 2,000 miles, I noticed oil on the oil pan again, not as bad as before, however. Looked underneath the car as best I could, cannot find any issues. Doesn't seem to be an oil pan gasket issue, nor do I see any leakage from the oil pressure sensor. Can't see the breather box too well, guess I'll have to purchase a mechanics mirror. I redid the glove-test, and it passed, so it's not an issue with a pressure buildup. Is something else I should be looking at? Thanks
