Looking to sell these together. I have 5 vehicles and only 2 drivers. Need room in the garage for the Harley.
The sedan lost the serpintine belt which in turn took out the timing belt, and you know what happened then. 130K ish miles. I have an entire new head with a non variable intake for it. Just needs hot tanked and new valve seals. Car has been sitting, so may need some work aside from the head. May need some other stuff, don't know for sure.
Wagon runs, needs the CBV diaphragm replaced to make boost though. 170K ish on the car, had a broken odo gear when I bought it so mileage reads 140ish.
There is a bit of an oil leak on the top of the head from when I redid the head gasket. I hardly drove the car after doing the HG, so I never pulled the cam cover back off to fix it. The oil is coming from the bolts that go through the oil passages.
I believe it needs the high speed fan relay replaced for the HVAC system. The fan does not come on and the lights flash on the ecc. I might have one in my parts pile. Probably needs some more stuff done, I just don't know/remember what.
These cars are far from perfect, and are being sold as such. They are both fixable, I just don't have time to do it and no need for the cars. I hate to see them go, as I love my bricks, but they need new homes.
Plan on trailering them. The brakes on the t5 probably need replaced from sitting, and the battery is dead as a doormouse.
I also have a bunch of spare parts. Mostly interior and small electrical. Couple of glass headlight lenses.
I am not home, but will update with pics when I can.
I can scrap them for $200 a ton, but I'd rather see them live on instead of being stripped and crushed if possible.
Make me an offer, worst I can say is no.
