I would adventure and put three options: valve ticking, pulley chirping, exhaust flexible leaking. Maybe upload a video with the engine bay ? You may use - with caution - a longer hose and keep one end at the ear with the other approaching it to various engine areas (watch out for the moving belt/pulleys)

Less probable a valve as it doesn't seem to follow the engine revs when you were revving the engine. I wouldn't worry, but it's good to inspect the pulleys to be safe. Since with the hood open the sound is less clear, makes me think more at an exhaust issue (behind the engine there is an manifold heat shield that may rust and break free from the securing bolts and rattle)

Uploading on Youtube can also help others see it as that site is indeed very slow

How many bolts is on the manifold shield thats attached to the catalysator? Is it easy to take off and check it and put back on? Here is a another video that i took from under the hood.

The metal plate over the exhaust manifold right in front of the firewall has two bolts at the bottom that rust

Try removing the oil cap on top of the engine (may spill or leak some oil so be ready to clean it up with some cloth) and try hearing at the opening for a loud metallic ticking.

While there see this for your non turbo engine www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOx3Q8vqoz4

The plate seems to be fixed to the exhaust manifold bolts at it's upper part, then with two bolts at it's lower part where it tends to rust around these bolts and break free. I don't think it's easy to replace it, mine I just bent it upwards at it's lower part so as not to come in contact and rattle against the manifold
