Honestly, I wouldn't. These aren't GDI engines, you can hit it with a couple of tankfuls of Techron if you have some roughness. What are you trying to help with?

How many miles on the engine? What I would do is I would only add the recommend amount in the engine oil before an oil change, and drive for 100 miles without revving the engine.
I would not add it in the gas tank or in the intake manifold, it would do nothing anyway or even may affect the fuel pump
If you feel like wanting to clean the combustion chamber, undo the spark plugs with a cold engine then pour 1/2 oz of seafoam in each cylinder, let sit overnight then drive it - again before an oil change as above.
