Hi, my 2014d login failed, worked previously last year after installing a date patch file.
Does this occur every new year?
Laptop was stored in my car, very cold here in maine, battery was flat.
Computer date shows 2009.
Can I just change the date..to?
I have to drive 4 hrs for surgery on monday, car feels like it dropped a coil, just need to scan and fix asap.
Thanks.
Login failed, emergency situation here

I had to spend $600 to rent a car to get to my surgery appointment.
I'm feeling better now but the vida still will not let me log in.
Can anyone help?

Error mssg Says date is set at least one day earlier than previous login.
I have tried the patch file someone posted but it isn't working for me.
Do I have to change something in the bios?
Its running on a dedicated laptop and it did work previously.

the vida license expiration date in the computer needs to be changed,
See this video for precise demonstration.
i got mine working but every time i rebooted it defaulted the date back again and prevented vida from logging on.
turned out my bios battery was also too old, installed a new bios battery and it remembered the new expiration date.
you shoudn't have that problem with a newer computer.
in the video he is prevented from logging into vida,
He opens viDA license with notepad editor so he can edit the date,
Subscription date is near the top of the page, just change it to give a few more years.
then saves it.
then opens and activates vida monitor and waits for it to go green.
He then is able to log into vida.
increase the screen resolution and go full screen, makes it easier to see what he's doing.

i've since moved on to using vida2go, it comes on an SSD thumbdrive, no more system conflicts, works on just about any laptop.
Got it from david leach.
