does anyone know how to reset the computer on a 2013 XC 90

ECM has software and learned adaptations, you can reset adaptations via VIDA/DICE (Diagnostics/Vehicle Communication/ECM/Advanced). Think you might also be able to reset the ECM adaptation values by disconnecting the battery negative lead and letting the car sit for a while (1/2 hour, maybe longer?), someone will need to confirm this. If you do remove and reconnect power, there's a best practices procedure to follow so as to avoid the possibility of module data corruption, SRS module coding or an unplanned air bag deployment.

As far as a software reset, I think this ends up being an ECM reload and to do a software reload you need the car connected to VIDA/DICE, logged in and connected to Volvo.

I might be way off but this is what I believe is the case. Not sure if that helps to answer your question.
