Painted matte black, was previously red. Genuine Volvo, in good condition, paint looks good, but was not professionally done. I just took this off, and had not previously noticed that the paint did not match that on the black car--maybe because I am short and didn't have a good view, and maybe because it isn't too noticeable without a keen eye. $135 shipped to lower 48.
