Vacuum lines on a S70 turbo

Hello folks,

I'm planning to replace all of the vacuum lines on my S70 turbo model with (black, very important

) silicone vacuum lines but I don't know what sizes to buy.

Can someone tell me what sizes I need? Inner and outer diameter.

(I'm overhauling the turbo system because it sometimes "coughs" during boost.)

Usually 5mm.. Ipdusa sells by ft or can likely get from local advanced/AutoZone. Some are fun to reach and get off. Do one at time to not confuse routing. Get yourself boost gauge easier tell if leaks etc, could also have cbv diagram issue or tcv issue. But get a boost gauge, check lines one at time.

The original lines are ID 4, 5 and 6 mm, except brake booster line which is 9, I think?

The only place I have 4mm is TCV->WG actuator, and its a little small... Get 5mm, with some 6mm to use where you think it might be necessary.

Thanks for all the responses. I'm wildy speculating right now but it might be the turbo itself causing these problems as I've seen there's an oil leak coming from the turbo, but it will definitely not hurt changing all the vacuum lines. Though the turbo doesn't make any bad noises, wheezing for example. Neither does it build boost slower than usual and the car pulls as strong as it always has before this happened.

I'll be changing distributor cap, rotor, plugs and wires just to be safe. I have no record of when this was done the last time.
